Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some guitars in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This applies only to our in-house Series and Brothers Choice guitars. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. We will notify you before charging the remaining balance. 

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. You will be refunded the amount paid to date within 10 business days of cancellation. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at our discretion (for example, if the product becomes discontinued), in which case you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
